Prague is the capital, a city that knows how to party. The nights are late with many pubs, clubs and trendy eateries. It comes alive, particularly at the weekends as many people travel to the city to hold their stag and hen parties. The city is also one of awesome historic beauty. The castle and its palaces are a popular attraction.
They also provide a fabulous setting for some of the 1 hour classical concerts that are put on for tourists. To get there you'll need to cross Charles Bridge, a wonderful piece of architecture in its own right. It's usually lined with performers and people selling artwork. In the Old Town, the 15 th century clock draws many admiring glances, and nearby Wenceslas Square is a good place to unwind.

For a spine tingling time visit the Sedlec Ossuary. It's a small church decorated with human skeletons. Thousands of bones have been fashioned into decorations and furniture for the chapel.
Bohemia occupies much of the country and has lush countryside and forests, spas and medieval castles. Ceské Budejovice is a famous brewing town, and well worth a visit to sample some of the local offerings. Karlovy Vary is one of Bohemia's most famous spa towns and Cesky Krumlov is a beautiful medieval town with a 13 th century castle.
