Barbados is a densely populated island 435km north west of Venezuela. With 430 square kilometers of land mass Barbados is ringed by a coastal fringe of coral reef.
The moderate tropical climate makes allows for variants to the warm and cool weather but the humidity level remains relatively high throughout the year. With a population of 259,191 people living within urban areas it is a hustling island on the fringes of the Caribbean Hurricane Zone.
