Seventeen Seventy is a small resort town in Queensland, Australia. And of the smaller destinations that there is an eGuide for.
Walking and camping in one of the National Parks is a great way to see a bit more of the Australian wilderness and you can dine al fresco as you cook up some food on the barbecue and listen to the wildlife. You will need a four-wheel drive car to access the interior of the parks and you can either choose to hire a vehicle and drive yourself, or travel with an organised tour group.
There are also a number of other day tours to nearby islands and reefs, including Lady Musgrave Island and Bustard Heads Lighthouse.
